THE ROLES:
Our client's Real Estate Litigation team supports its outstanding transactional Real Estate practice, with clients rangingfrom large property development and management companies to corporate occupiers and investment companies.
The successful candidate would undertake a broad Real Estate Litigation role, including general property management (such as lease renewals and dilapidations) and more traditional property disputes.
Opportunity to become involved in more specialist issues, such as Land Compensation cases.
THE CANDIDATE:
The team is looking for a junior Real Estate Litigation Solicitor (NQ-5PQE), who has trained and worked at a national or recognised regional firm.
