Roulette

An unrivalled classic of the casino, the game roulette actually dates back to the 17th century and has been enjoyed by punters in its current format since 1796. Its simple concept of guessing where the ball will land at the end of each spin means that anyone and everyone can play roulette.

While this is a game of luck, players can still strategically place their bets to increase their chances of winning. This is certain to be the source of many a laugh and joke as the night goes on.

Casino Stud Poker

Poker, the staple of any self-respecting casino and it should be the staple of your works casino party. There are two main types of poker that are played, with one of them being Casino Stud Poker. This is generally seen as the friendlier version of the popular card game, with players pitted against the dealer instead of each other as is the case in Texas Hold ’em.

The table is similar to the type used for Blackjack with the dealer requiring a card to the value of an Ace or a King or higher to qualify. If the dealer fails to qualify, ante bets are paid out to the players.

Casino Stud Poker is a good place for beginners to get to know the game before eventually moving on to the more competitive Texas Hold ‘em variant. Our croupiers will ensure that all participants enjoy their casino experience, whether it is their first experience or they are a seasoned goer.

Dice (Craps)

Dice, commonly referred to as Craps, is a fun yet simple game to play. The player, or shooter, rolls a pair of dice onto the table with other players betting on what the final outcome will be. The concept is simple, although our experienced croupiers will, of course, be more than happy to lend a hand wherever needed.

This simple game can make for hours of fun between friends and colleagues, who can spend the night playing with house tokens.

Wheel of Fortune

No doubt you have seen the famous game show, or at least shows that utilise the same concept. Wheel of Fortune is a game of chance, very similar to roulette but on a grander scale. Place your bets on any of the seven fruits the wheel can land on and, whoever guesses right, wins!

Wheel of Fortune makes for an excellent introduction to any casino night, before moving on to some of the more detailed games on offer. Equally, if this is the game that you are most drawn to then feel free to spend the evening in the company of our designated croupier.

Blackjack

Card games make up a major part of the casino experience and, aside from poker; blackjack is the most popular game on the tables. The objective is simple – score 21 or as close as possible without going over. It is a game that dates back as far as Roman times, so it’s likely that even Julius Caesar himself found himself sat around a Blackjack table or two! If it was good enough for the Roman Emperor, that’s everything you need to know.

This is an inclusive game that as many as 27 players can gather round and join in any round, playing against the dealer. The game begins when the dealer deals two cards face up to each player. From there, play begins.

Texas Hold'em Poker

Once you have graduated from Casino Stud Poker, or even if you are feeling brave and fancy heading straight to the big boys’ table, step right this way. Texas Hold ‘em is the version of poker that you have been warned about, but fear not because our casino parties are all in the name of fun.

Our croupiers will look after you and run you through the rules step by step, making sure that you understand and enjoy the progression of the game. Between two and 11 players can participate in a round of Texas Hold ‘em, so this will make for a fantastic addition to any party big or small.

The objective of the game is simple, to achieve the highest value hand with cards handed out by the dealer (hole cards) and cards in the centre of the table (community cards). Can you outwit your fellow players and make them fold, even when you are in possession of a low-value set?

If you fancy yourself as the office poker face, then this will be the table to prove your worth!

Casino Night Names Ideas

Chuck A Luck

Similar to Dice, Chuck a Luck is a game based on betting on the outcome of the dice. The main difference being that, instead of a player rolling a pair of dice onto the table, the dealer turns over a cage holding three dice and the players’ place bets on the outcome.

The list of possible outcomes includes:

• Single Number – a player can bet on any single number between one and six to be rolled on a single die. If more than one dice lands on the same number, the payout is doubled or tripled, depending on the number of dice.
• Triples – all three dice land on the same number
• High – the value of all dice is 11 or higher (does not count in the event of a triple)
• Low – the value of all dice is 10 or lower (does not count in the event of a triple)
• Field – the final value does not fall between eight and 12
• Odd – final combination equals an odd number
• Even – final combination equals an even number
• Specific total – any exact total between four and 17
